Elizabeth "Eve" Beischlein was born on 5 June 1768 at Bucks County, PA, USA. She was the daughter of Casper Beischlein and Eva Anna Margaret Wieslerin.1 Elizabeth "Eve" Beischlein was baptized on 4 September 1768 at Keller Lutheran Church, Bedminster Township, Bucks County, PA, USA; Sponcered by Joshep Neimand and Elizabeth Stein.2 As of 7 December 1790,her married name was Fehler. She married John Adam Fehler, son of Hans Adam Fehler and Anna Maria Dorothea Turckert, on 7 December 1790 at Bedminster Township, Bucks County, PA, USA. Elizabeth "Eve" Beischlein left a will on 20 July 1840 at Summit County, OH, USA; Will of Elizabeth Falor, Summit County Will Book 1, will 18, page 44.
Be it remembered that at a special session of the Court of Common Pleas begun and holden at the Court House in the town of Akron, in the County of Summit, and State of Ohio, on the thirtieth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one, by and before Charles Sumner, Hugh R. Caldwell and Robert K. DuBois, associate judges of said Court, the last Will and testament of Elizabeth Falor, late of Coventry in said County deceased was produced in Court and proven: and Alvah Hand and Abram Smith, the subscribing witnesses to said Will appeared, and in open court on oath testified to the due execution of said Will’ which testimony was ordered to writing and filed with said Will. And it appearing to the Court, by said testimony, that said Will was duly attested and executed, and that the said testator at the time of executing the same was of full age, and of sound mind and memory, and not under any restraint: It was ordered that said Will and testimony be recorded: which said Will and testimony follow in these words, to wit:
The last Will and testament of Elizabeth Falor, wife of Adam Falor of Coventry in the County of Summit and State of Ohio. I, Elizabeth Falor, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say: First. I give and bequeath unto by beloved husband, Adam Falor, in case he survives me, the use and occupation of all my real estate during his natural life. Second. I give and bequeath, after the death of myself and husband, the sum of ten dollars to m y son John Falor, one dollar to my son George A. Falor and fiftenn dollars to my son George A. Falor Leonard Falor. I further give and bequeath to my granddaughter Lucinda Falor, the daughter of my son George A. Falor, whom I have and am now bringing up, the sum of one hundred dollars. I further give and bequeath to my son Abraham Falor, my daughter Eve Shook, to my daughter Betsey Felton, the wife of David Felton, residue and remainder of my said estate both real and personal to hold and converted into money by my executor, hereinafter appointed, and after paying the above named legacies to be divided equally between them to whom the rest, residue and remainder of my said estate is divided. Said real and personal estate is not be be sold or disposed of by my said executor till after the death of my said husband. And I hereby appoint my son Abraham Falor executor of this my last Will and testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me made to. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of July 1840.

The above instrument of one sheet was now here subscribed by Elizabeth Falor, the testator, in the presence of each of us, and was at the same time declared by her to be her last Will and testament and we at her request sign our names hereto as attending witnesses. Alvah Hand Abram Smith.
